Syarat & Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk akses dan partisipasi Anda dalam Daily Weekly Coffee Membership Platform (“Membership Platform”) yang dioperasikan oleh PT Daily Weekly Coffee House (“DW Coffee”). Ketentuan ini tidak mengubah perjanjian lain yang mungkin telah Anda miliki dengan DW Coffee untuk produk atau layanan lainnya.

DW Coffee berhak mengubah, memodifikasi, atau menghapus seluruh atau sebagian dari Syarat & Ketentuan ini, serta kebijakan yang terkait, sewaktu-waktu atas kebijakan mutlak perusahaan. Perubahan akan berlaku segera setelah dipublikasikan dan Anda melepaskan hak untuk menerima pemberitahuan khusus mengenai perubahan tersebut. Partisipasi Anda secara berkelanjutan dalam Membership Platform merupakan bentuk persetujuan Anda atas perubahan tersebut.

Syarat ini berlaku untuk akses Anda ke Daily Weekly Coffee Membership Platform (“Membership Platform”) yang dioperasikan oleh PT Daily Weekly Coffee House (“DW Coffee”).

Kami berhak mengubah, memodifikasi, atau menghapus sebagian atau seluruh ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan berlaku sejak diumumkan dan partisipasi Anda selanjutnya berarti Anda menyetujui perubahan tersebut.

TENTANG MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM

Membership Platform adalah program loyalitas pelanggan yang menawarkan:


  • Promo eksklusif untuk member

  • Reward point untuk setiap transaksi

  • Top-up saldo untuk transaksi yang lebih praktis

  • Notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp Official

  • Histori saldo & transaksi secara real-time

TOP-UP DAN PENGELOLAAN DANA

Top-Up Tidak Dapat Direfund

Top-up saldo bersifat final. Tidak ada pembatalan atau pengembalian dana setelah transaksi berhasil.

Dana Dikelola oleh Pihak Ketiga (Midtrans)

Semua top-up diproses melalui Midtrans. DW Coffee tidak menyimpan atau mengelola dana Anda secara langsung.

PENDAFTARAN DAN AKUN

Untuk menggunakan platform ini, Anda wajib:


  • Mengunduh aplikasi dari Play Store atau App Store

  • Melengkapi data pribadi secara valid (nama, email, nomor telepon, tanggal lahir)

  • Menyetujui Privacy Policy dan Terms of Use

Setiap akun hanya berlaku untuk penggunaan pribadi.

PENGGUNAAN SALDO & TRANSAKSI

Saldo hanya dapat digunakan untuk pembelian di outlet resmi DW Coffee. Sistem bersifat closed-loop dan tidak dapat digunakan di luar ekosistem DW Coffee.

PERUBAHAN & PENUTUPAN AKUN

DW Coffee berhak menangguhkan atau menonaktifkan akun Anda jika ditemukan:


  • Penyalahgunaan sistem

  • Transaksi tidak sah atau curang

  • Duplikasi akun

  • Pelanggaran terhadap kebijakan platform

PENUTUP

DW Coffee dapat mengubah atau menghentikan program ini tanpa pemberitahuan. Pengguna disarankan untuk rutin meninjau Terms of Use.
