PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE DW COFFEE HOUSE APP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL RELATED TERMS REFERENCED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE DW COFFEE HOUSE APP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.


These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Daily Weekly Coffee House (DW COFFEE) as a registered member. They do not alter other terms or conditions you may have for other services or products. DW COFFEE reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the DW Coffee House App Membership Program and/or any part of these Terms of Use, including any applicable policies. FAQs or guides related to the DW Coffee House App Membership Program may be updated at any time at our discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting within the Terms of Use. Your continued participation in the DW Coffee House App Membership program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use. You should review the FAQs, Terms of Use, and any applicable policies frequently. If you disagree with these Terms, you must cease using this program. The DW Coffee House App Membership is intended solely for personal use; commercial use is prohibited. For corporate usage needs, please refer to our separate corporate terms.

About the DW Coffee House App Membership

We present the DW Coffee House App Membership Program as an exclusive service to reward loyal DW COFFEE HOUSE customers. The program is our way of showing appreciation for customers who consistently choose our products.

Joining the DW Coffee House App Membership

Our Loyalty Program is offered through our DW Coffee House App Membership. You may register online by following the instructions to create an account and waiting for account setup completion.

The registration process may require you to provide the following information: username, password, email address (needed to receive confirmation and other notifications), phone number (WhatsApp), and date of birth. Each membership has an active validity of up to one (1) year and can be reactivated. You may hold only one (1) personal account.

Using the DW Coffee House App Membership

The DW Coffee House App Membership is designed to make shopping at DW COFFEE HOUSE quick and efficient. You can also enjoy various special offers available exclusively for DW Coffee House App Membership members.

You may have more than one (1) membership account as long as each is associated with a different phone number and email address. Each account can be loaded with balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum top-up amount is fifty thousand (50,000) Rupiah, and additional top-ups must be in multiples of fifty thousand (50,000) Rupiah.

The balance in your DW Coffee House App Membership account cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

DW Coffee House App Membership Activity

Currently, there is no recurring membership fee associated with the DW Coffee House App Membership Program. However, service fees for the use of the DW Coffee House App Membership may be imposed at any time. Information about service fees will be communicated through our website and other communication channels.

DW COFFEE HOUSE reserves the right to suspend your membership and/or terminate your account and/or participation without notice if we determine that you have violated, misled, or acted fraudulently in regard to these Terms of Use.

Account Deletion Policy

DW COFFEE HOUSE respects your right to control your data and allows for account deletion. To delete your account, follow the account deletion instructions on our website, accessible via the application. Please note:

  • Upon account deletion, all remaining balance points and membership points will be permanently deleted and are non-recoverable. Deleted points cannot be transferred to another account or converted into any other form of currency or value.
  • This process aligns with the Apple App Store’s requirement for user account deletion and ensures compliance with relevant Indonesian regulations for data management.
  • If you have any questions regarding your data or account management, please contact our customer support team. DW COFFEE HOUSE may add further security or confirmation steps to prevent accidental account deletion, in line with legal requirements.

1. Membership and Account Registration

  • The Daily Weekly Coffee House Membership App is designed exclusively for use by individual customers of Daily Weekly Coffee House.
  • Users must register an account to use the app and access membership features.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping their account information updated.

2. Membership Benefits

  • Membership in this app allows users to enjoy certain benefits, such as:
    • Top-up balance for purchases at Daily Weekly Coffee House.
    • Exclusive promotions and discounts.
    • Online ordering for pickup at selected locations.
  • Membership benefits are subject to change at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.

3. Top-Up and Balance Usage

  • Users can top up their balance using the payment gateway service provided by Midtrans.
  • The top-up balance is for exclusive use within the Daily Weekly Coffee House ecosystem and can only be used for purchasing products from Daily Weekly Coffee House.
  • Balance Limit: The maximum balance that can be held in a user’s account is Rp1,500,000.
  • Non-Refundable Balance: The top-up balance is non-refundable. Once funds are added to the account, they can only be used to purchase products or services at Daily Weekly Coffee House.
  • No Cash Withdrawal: The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to any other account.
  • Daily Weekly Coffee House reserves the right to reject or refund any top-up transaction that may be deemed suspicious or violates these terms.

4. Order and Payment

  • Orders placed through the app must be paid using the user’s account balance.
  • Daily Weekly Coffee House will notify users of any unsuccessful orders due to insufficient balance.
  • All payments made are final and cannot be refunded unless the order is canceled due to store availability issues or product unavailability.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Users can choose between pickup or delivery (through our delivery partners, Gojek and Grab via Biteship).
  • Delivery fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the user’s balance and are non-refundable once the delivery process has begun.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery details. Daily Weekly Coffee House is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information.

6. Privacy and Data Security

  • Daily Weekly Coffee House is committed to protecting your privacy and data security in accordance with Indonesian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
  • User information collected in the app, including contact information, order history, and payment details, will be handled and protected according to our Privacy Policy.
  • User data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or for providing app services (e.g., payment processing, delivery).

7. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account login details. Daily Weekly Coffee House is not liable for any unauthorized access to or use of an account due to the user’s negligence in maintaining account security.
  • In case of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activities, users are encouraged to report immediately to customer support for assistance.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Top-Up Balance: Top-ups are final and non-refundable. The balance is exclusively for in-store purchases and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled by the user within a specific time window after placing the order. Refunds for canceled orders will be credited back to the user’s app balance.
  • Delivery Issues: In the event of a delivery issue, users may request assistance from customer support. Decisions on compensation or refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • Daily Weekly Coffee House reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the app or email.
  • Continued use of the app after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitations of Liability

  • Daily Weekly Coffee House is not liable for any losses or damages arising from:
    • Errors or delays in order processing caused by system issues or other external factors.
    • Unauthorized access to a user’s account due to negligence in securing login credentials.
    • Third-party service issues, including payment processing or delivery failures beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled in Indonesian courts.
